Financial Policy
W. Tomasz Majewski, MD is committed to providing the highest level of quality medical care and personal service to our patients. For every committment there is an obligation. Our staff is committed to patients and assure availability to personally meet with you to provide the specific information needed financially, along with any additional information you desire.

Consult
Consultation - 1st visit fee will be $131.00 due at the time of visit. This fee will be deducted from any future cosmetic surgical fees if you choose to proceed.

Payment Options
